Corrections, questions, sightings.

Tell us what's off in a guide or listing, ask about a piece of gear, point us to a stereo you spotted on screen, or get in touch about press and partnerships. Three short steps, and we read what comes in.

Step 1 of 3Who's writing?

So we know who to answer. Your email is used only to reply to you.

We reply here. We don't add you to any list.
Step 2 of 3What's it about?

A little context helps us answer faster and send you to the right place.

Which part of the site is it about? (optional)
For example, a receiver, turntable or speaker model, as it appears on the unit.
Step 3 of 3Your message

Say what you need in your own words. Details beat length.

A page on this site, an eBay listing, or a reference for a sighting.

Please don't include passwords, payment details or order numbers. Your message, along with the page you sent it from and basic browser details, goes to a Google Sheet kept by the site operator. See the privacy policy.

What we can help with

  • Corrections to a buying guide, a Liner Notes post, a shop page or an As Seen In scene
  • Gear questions: what a model is known for, how our guides treat it, which guide to read first
  • Units and on-screen sightings you think we should cover
  • Press and media requests
  • Partnership and advertising ideas
  • Privacy requests about the contact form

What we can't do

  • We don't sell, buy or consign gear. Listings are on eBay, Amazon and other retailers, posted by their own sellers.
  • We can't track, change, cancel or refund an order. Contact the retailer or seller you bought from.
  • We can't give repair, electrical or safety advice, or appraisals. Take a failing unit to a qualified technician.

Not sure which side your question falls on? Ask anyway and we'll point you somewhere useful.
